Don't Believe in Fear - El Salvador

This farm is very special to us as it was the very first farm that we visited in person. Earlier this year Dom, our head roaster, travelled to La Montana to source new coffees for us and this coffee is the pick of the bunch. What we love about it is the clarity, sweetness and versatility across different brew methods. The washed process makes for a clean and crisp filter coffee but for us it really shines as a sweet and delicious espresso. As always we love to source coffees that are easy to drink and not too crazy in terms of ferments or processing and that is where this coffee really shines. It's ideal as a daily drinker for someone who maybe loves Brazilian or Colombian coffee and is looking to explore something with a little more depth.
