Much Too Fast - Guatemala

from €13.00

Altitude - 1600 - 1900MASL

Preparation - Washed

Location -Fraijanes, Palencia, Guatemala

Variety - Caturra, Catuai

Profile - Orange, Chocolate, Almonds

Delighted to introduce our first Guatemalan of 2025. We're huge fans of this origin here in the roastery and this coffee is the perfect example of why we love it so much. This is a washed process so it has a ton of clarity. In the cup you can expect a chocolatey orange sweetness followed by a nutty finish. We would definitely recommend it as a straight up espresso.

This lot is made up of coffees from a group of small producers in Palencia.

The hummingbird project, of which these producers are a part, ensures coffees selected follow the typical profile of citric and bright acidity, thick and creamy body with a nice balance of sweetness.
